The Annenberg Foundation makes a major grant to expand Project Learn from

Proposed Frankford Valley Boys & Girls Club opens in August 2004 in a charter school.
Boys & Girls Clubs of America reaches 3,400 Clubs, serving 4.4 millions youth.

event covered on national television news, New York Times, People, and
other publications. Boys & Girls Clubs of Philadelphia opens its eighth full service
club, Feltonville Boys & Girls Club.
