Position: Teacher
Location: Germantown Club
Teachers plan, implement, supervise, and evaluate all programs and activities provided in preschool program areas. They are to ensure a safe, nurturing environment for children where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected. Teachers supervise Assistant Group Supervisors (Teachers) and Teachers’ Aides.
Requirements: CDA or BS or AA with 30 E.C.E. credits and experience
Position: After School Aide
Locations: Germantown, Wayne Avenue, Vaird and Cramp Clubs
After school aides assist program workers and/or grant specialists in implementing daily program activities and overseeing club members.
Requirements: HS Diploma
Position: Van Driver
Locations: Wissahickon, Germantown, and Bridesburg Clubs
Van drivers are responsible for the supervision of club members in the early morning or late evening hours, when needed, and transporting children to and from school and activities.
Requirements: HS Diploma
