Job Opportunities

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia seeks to fill the following positions:
Program Director
Responsible for overseeing the delivery of a broad range of programs within a designated unit. Programs include, but are not limited to, Education, Leadership Development, Social Recreating, Arts & Crafts, and Physical Education. Develops and oversees programs and program staff. Performs related administrative duties. Assumes the role of Summer Camp Director during the summer season.
Degree and Experience are musts.
 
Preschool Teacher
Plans, implements, supervises, and evaluates all programs and activities provided in preschool program areas, and ensures a safe, nurturing environment for children where self-concepts are enhanced, independence encouraged and individuality respected. Supervises Assistant Group Supervisors and Teacher's Aides.
Associate's Degree in related field and experience required. Knowledge of NAEYC Accreditation and/or Creative Curriculum a plus.

Summer Camp Counselors
Implements and supervises children in camp activates.
Diploma & experience in youth programs required. One year of college in a related field a plus.
 
Bus Driver
Responsible for the supervision of club members in the early morning or late evening hours when needed, and transporting children to and from school and activities.
High school diploma or a general educational development certificate, a valid CDL License and experience required.
