While many public schools have cut their physical education program, we teach our members to develop fitness, positive use of leisure time, skills for stress management, appreciation for the environment, and teamwork.

Our members have an outlet for their creative minds in these programs: the develop their knowledge and appreciation of fine arts, their performing skills, musical genius, and creative writing.
