Congratulations to the Germantown Boys & Girls Club Childcare Center! ONe Monday April 18th, 2005 our childcare center were the happy recipients of an outdoor playhouse donated to them by a company named Odyssey Performance Enhancement network.
Shannon Tane leadership developer and coordinator was inspired to donate this dollhouse to the Germantown Boys and Girls Childcare Center for their continuted achievements of success along the path of excellence here at our center.
Odyssey Performance Enhancement Network works with various corporations across the globe implementing teambuilding and leadership development weorkshops. Odyssey engineered a ateam building training for Smith, Kline and Company on April 6th, 2005 in Orlando, Florida.
The staff was teamed up in groups with an individual mission to build a playhouse of their liking measuring 4x4x6. The objective was to enhance their community building skills as a team.
The playhouse is remarkably child-friendly. It comes equipped with a child-sized table, bence and three chairs. Aside from lending itself to fun with its brigh bold colors, the children are always engaged in purposeful learning. Hats off indeed to Odyssey Performance Enhancement Network and Smith, Kline and Company
for this playhouse definitely generates pro-social behaviors amongst our young children.
